Club members who advertise their litters on this web site are required to fill out the HEALTH CLEARANCE FORM before they can advertise their litter. Place a √ in the sire/dam column for health clearance tests performed. This table is provided as a tool to assist puppy buyers determine the health clearances of the sire and dam.
It is also suggested members follow the "GUIDELINES FOR RESPONSIBLE BREEDERS" set by the GSPCA.
Members with a litter to be posted should e-mail Health Clearance Form to webmaster.
